Contact Us within 3 Days after You Receive the Parcel
We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day of your signing for the reception of the parcel according to the courier firm. So it is very important that you check the item and try it on as soon as possible. Once you have any unsatisfactory please feel free to contact our customer service team via email at [email protected], tell us your order number and the problems you have. It would be great if you can take some photographs to show us all the problems. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 days. Our customer service team will inform you the ship back address after they approved your return request. Then you can ship the item back.
Ship the item out within 7 Days after Our Customer Service Team Give You the Return Address
Once our customer service team approved your return request, we will send you an email with information, like return address, which can guide you to ship the item back. Please ship the item our within 7 days after that. Please note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return. After you ship the item out, please send an email to [email protected] to tell us the courier firm you used and the tracking No. of the parcel.
After Receive and Check the Item, We Will Refund You the Money
After we receive and check the returned item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be refunded to your PayPal account.
Normally, We Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping
The actual shipping cost (not the sale price for shipping) is charged by courier firm, so that part of money would not be refunded when we accept your return request.
Returns without Our Customer Service Team's Approval Will Be Unacceptable
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us first and ship the dress out after your return request has been approved.

Return applications are excluded if the items are hampered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and volcanoes and so on.
